I first spoke with Dr. Alexandre by phone and was immediately impressed by his thoughtful and professional approach. Yesterday, my son and I met with him in person, and once again, the experience did not disappoint. He communicates clearly, approaches every issue with positivity and understanding, and shows genuine care for his patients. We felt listened to, reassured and very well supported. We will certainly return whenever we need further guidance.

Dr. Machado is by far the best psychotherapist that I have ever visited, and more importantly, he’s a genuine and great human being. The results that I had with him on improving my mental health have been so good that even my loved ones noticed that change. He gave me the tools, time, and right advice to deal with my trauma and the issues that I have been facing, whether it was childhood trauma, family issues, or relationship challenges. Dr. Machado effortlessly balances tough love with gentle approach, and he’s fun to have a chat with, especially about history :) I am also thankful for the TMS sessions that I do with him and I am glad he recommended it because I now feel like I finally have my brain back. My depressive episodes are much less in intensity and I feel like I have better focus too
