Dr Alejandra is precise, methodical and extremely gentle. She is incredibly thorough and takes time to explain all your questions and worries with a lot of reassurance and honesty. When it comes to the procedures, her bedside manner is exceptional - she makes you feel at ease right away. All my results with her have exceeded my expectations, she really is the best!

Dr. Alejandra is amazing! I’m so happy I found her after trying to visit other doctors. It’s a huge plus that she speaks Spanish and that her approach focuses more on skin quality rather than just offering fillers, which is very common in Dubai. I visited her for several reasons, including hair loss, and I found it very ethical that she wanted to thoroughly study the issue, even requesting blood tests (here they usually suggest PRP right away). It turned out I had a vitamin D deficiency. Besides that, I loved the Botox results and how much my skin has improved with the new skincare routine she recommended. I truly recommend her.

If you’re considering any aesthetic treatments, Dr. Alejandra should absolutely be your go-to! Hands down, she’s one of the best aesthetic doctors I’ve come across—with the most pleasant demeanor—and trust me, I’ve seen my fair share. Her bedside manner is exceptional, and she’s incredibly knowledgeable, always taking the time to patiently answer my endless questions. I’m so glad I met her and absolutely trust her with my face. She put me on a skincare regimen I never thought I’d stick to, and it’s all thanks to her constant motivation and thoughtful WhatsApp check-ins. Her hands are unbelievably gentle—I had both Morpheus and Fotona Eye treatments with her, and I’m loving the results so far. What I appreciate most is the attentive aftercare and regular follow-ups post-treatment, as well as the fact that she never pushes unnecessary procedures. You can truly feel that she cares for her patients.
