I had a very positive experience with Ajay Kumar. He is a compassionate and understanding psychologist who listens carefully and provides practical guidance. I felt comfortable sharing my concerns, and his approach is professional, calm, and supportive. I truly appreciate his help and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking psychological support.

My experience with Dr. Ajay Kumar at Prime Clinic Deira was deeply disappointing. When I mentioned the death of a loved one during my consultation, his response was dismissive and showed a complete lack of compassion. Throughout the appointment, he came across as rude and genuinely uninterested in listening to my concerns. The level of care and empathy was far below what any patient deserves, and I would encourage others to consider this before booking an appointment. In the end he suggested 6 sessions prolonged consultation process to even begin to diagnose me because he views ADHD as a means of drug seeking only. He is extremely unprofessional and lacking of empathy.

He really listened to me, answered my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit.

Dr. Ajay was very professional but I didn't really feel a personal connection with him because he was busy writing his notes. Maybe it was just because it was the first session. But I am lookong forward to continuing treatment with him.
