Thanks to Julian, I never imagined I would feel so in control in the labor room-surrounded by doctors, nurses, midwives, and family-and in so much pain, yet still able to put my voice first. I chose the labor position I wanted, stayed conscious and aware, and made decisions that suited me both physically and mentally. I delivered in few hours with no complications. Julian played a major role in helping me get there. She taught me how to strengthen my pelvic floor muscles, manage pain, and support my baby during labor. I learned so much from her-things I never knew about my own body and what it's capable of. She also managed to minimize back pain during pregnancy! Julian specializes in women's health, a topic that often doesn't get the attention it deserves. She proves that women can enjoy pregnancy and birth, take ownership of their health, and lead their journey with confidence-making choices that are right for them.
