Amazing and professional experience. I approached Excellency to treat my lower back pain and with 5 sessions and exercise recommendations I was able to restore my muscles - feeling functional again. The end to end experience from consultation to scheduling appointment to therapy session is anoutstanding.

All staff are specialized on rehabilitative therapy. I had 9 PT sessions before in another clinic which did not help improve my back pain much however, at Excellency, I began to recover after the 3rd session. I did only 5 sessions total. The staff know what they are doing for sure!

I loved how quick to receive a response and approvals. So friendly communication and answer for all my questions I receive from Mary the administration if I’m not mistaken. - i want to recognize Marta for her support in treating me with my back problem. It was a challenge for me since long time but after 3 sessions with her i felt the improvement. She is professional and good listener to her patient, As well she is strong and gives all focus and attention for the session without wasting time.

Highly recommend this physiotherapy Centre because of my own experience. On my first visit, I cried; felt helpless as I couldn’t move my arm much due to a frozen shoulder that was painful. But today after 7 sessions of physio, the movement has improved from 0 to 6 and the pain has reduced from 10 to 5.5 My physiotherapist, Ms Chara, is very gentle & patient but at the same time pushes my limits more during each session. Moreover, she is very friendly & makes her patient feel very comfortable.
