I followed Dr Erum from her previous practice and it was a good choice. The employees are making a real effort to address the individual custoner which stands out in current consumerism cultures. Receptionists always smiling and welcoming customers with positive energy. I appreciate this a lot as a healthcare leader and empowerment coach working with leaders and teams in healthcare. Everything about my experience at Dr. Michael's has been first class. Everybody from the dentists to the reception staff are incredibly friendly and my Orthodontist in particular, Dr. Erum did a fantastic job! If you're ever looking for a dentist and/or orthodontist in Dubai, I would highly recommend Dr. Michael's.

I had some issues in the beginning but after speaking to the team about how l felt all was rectified in a quick and empathetic manner! l was refered to a dr who solved my dental problems! In the end l left with a beautiful smile! Thank you for taking your time out to hear me out, thank you for a great smile, and thank you the honesty.

Very very very perfect! From the beginning till end they’ve been consistent with their service. They’re super organized and friendly.

My daughter had her braces with Dr.Erum. She had an amazing experience. Dr.Erum is the best. We are very happy with the treatment.
