Today I saw Nic and had a wonderful appointment. He is so kind and knowledgeable; it’s very obvious he loves what he does and is committed to helping patients get back to an active lifestyle. I’ve been struggling with my knee issues for a while and as a very active person who teaches fitness full time, it is critical for me to be able to stay healthy so that I can have longevity in this industry. Overall experience was great from booking to therapy. Everything was easy. I especially loved that I could sign in online before arriving and not have to waste time doing paper work at the clinic. I parked in the basement (1 hour free parking!), check in with the receptionist easily, did my therapy and walked out all within the appropriate time. Perfect!
