I had a great experience buying Ponseti boots from Advance Care Prosthetics and Orthotic Center. The warm customer service and support from their representative, Cheryl, truly stood out. She cared deeply for my patient and answered all of my questions and concerns with patience and kindness. As i needed the boots fast she also strived to quicken process and sent me the boots at the earliest. The boots we received were of excellent quality. Cheryl kept in touch with me every day to update me on the shipment and let me know exactly when the boots would arrive. Came here for my son’s insoles, previous insoles were not supporting him enough. Yes they are more expensive, but much better quality. Aldo ordered the correct boots to help support the ankle area.
