Dr Au has been a real encouragement from the start of investigating my exhaustion linked to thyroid issues. He said from the start he thought we could work to improve my energy and with T3 prescription it has really dramatically helped. He is kind, patient and very good at explaining and answering questions. I am grateful for his knowledge and that he really listened to my issues, I felt heard and less like I was going crazy because he had options to help resolve the problem.
