Excellent experience with Dr. Au. He listened intently to what I had to say about my symptoms. He was very thorough in his examinations of me and also asked for information in advance which reassured me that he would be reflecting on potential causes and treatment. His prescription helped and the follow up consultation with him was also reassuring in his attention to detail and follow up action.

Dr au was lovely and very professional. He listened to everything i had to say about my symptoms and explained what we we are going to do to help me move forward. I came out of my appointment feeling so much better and even relieved. Would definitely recommend.

I would highly recommend dr Au he has helped me so much these last six months identify why i was experiencing the fatigue pain and symptoms that i was. Got a clear diagnosis on second appointment and started treatment right away. On third appointment after thorough discussion the medication got increased. Had fourth review appointment today and thankfully I’m starting to see light at the end of the tunnel as the new medication Dr Au prescribed is helping me feel some improvement. He is happy enough for next appointment to be 3 months rather than 8 weeks. Very reassured by dr Au today that I am making good progress.

Dr Simon Au has been able to optimise my health and wellbeing. He keeps up to date with the ongoing advances being made in his specialty of endocrinology. His investigation of my under active thyroid was very thorough. Dr Au has a kind and courteous manner. He listens to any concerns you might have with patience. He treats any associated symptoms e.g. hair loss. And advises on vitamin supplementation where necessary.

Dr. Au was excellent all round. He listened to my complex history and went through all my symptoms and issues carefully. After examination and testing he was able to confirm my diagnosis quite quickly and move me onto a treatment plan. I now am already on the treatment and I already feel much better. I cannot thank him enough and look forward to my next consultation. If it is an endocrinologist that you need you will not go wrong with him. Five stars!

excellent service and great way when dealing with my daughter

I came to see Simon Au with lots of questions, confusion and concern - had partial thyroidectomy and was recovering really well - but gradually was not feeling right. He was approachable, thorough, reassuring, clear and patient with me - left my consultation with understanding of what happening was with me, and a plan of action. Couldn't ask for more!
