During my initial consultation, Dr Jones listened to my concerns and explained why surgery was the advised option for my case. On the day of surgery, Dr Jones came to see me to explain what the process would be and later when I was being taken to theatre, he was really reassuring and his and his colleagues relaxed manners put my mind at ease and calmed my nerves. After surgery, Dr Jones came to see me again to check how I was feeling, explaining how the surgery went and how I will likely feel during the recovery period. Then at my final consultation, Dr Jones explained how well the procedure went and asked if I had any questions.

Prior to surgery Mr Jones clearly explained my options. His manner on the day of surgery helped reduce my anxiety and I am very pleased with the outcome.

The pre-consultation was helpful, the operation was carried out efficiently, my recovery was fine. The followup consultation was punctual, friendly and considerate.

Post operation everything i experienced was explained to me prior to the op. Such as how long the bruising would take to clear, my own movement, strength to be regained, taking all the necessary precautions as advised.
