Because of the coronavirus difficulties we spoke on the phone about my concerns. It is quite a skill to be able to reassure someone over the phone but I went into the experience already feeling much better about the procedure. Ms Murthy could not have made me more comfortable and safe during the operation and at our follow up appointment in clinic. I am very grateful for the outcome, for her skill and kindness.

Miss Murthy gave me exceptional care in the treatment of my thyroid eye disease and subsequent Right Upper eyelid surgery. She is a gifted lady, with a very compassionate nature.
