I found Mr Prateesh Trivedi very easy to speak to and he was very clear about the procedure that he wouldcarriy out and the risks. After the operation he gave me a comprehensive description of what he did during the operation. Once I was discharged from hospital, his staff phoned me to ensure that everything was fine. The whole procedure relatively pain free and I was completely happy with the treatment Mr Trivedi hads carried out.

Overall experience with Dr Trivedi was fantastic. Talked me through all the details of procedure and always provided me with his professional and honest opinion on steps to be taken which enabled me to make an informed decision.

Mr Trivedi was very personable from initial consultation to discharge, giving clear explanations of the diagnosis and what to expect during and after surgery. He was able to schedule consultations and surgeries within short periods, and did an excellent job of the surgery itself.

Mr Trevedi was very thorough and reassuring at the initial consultation and beyond and his office booked me in for further investigations and appointments in a very timely manner. I appreciated his use of technology to see my notes and appointments.

Very pleasant consultant, who was direct and honest, but gave me confidence that he had everything under control.

As i guess is common I was very nervous about my situation. I found Mr Trivedi to be calm and informative. He took time to answer my questions and explained the next steps. I didn't feel rushed and left feeling a lot more calm than when I arrived.

Mr Trivedi was very reassuring and professional and put me at ease at all times, letting me know at every stage of the operation, and in the follow up consultation explained that he was very happy with my progress.
