Mr Sayal was very warm and engaging. He discussed my condition at length, clearly described my options and the possible outcomes, and listened to my concerns. He answered all my questions fully and clearly. With regard to my surgery, the outcome has far exceeded my expectations in the few weeks since the operation. I consider myself to be very fortunate to have been referred to Mr Sayal. Everything was clearly explained, and the options for surgery, and considered advice laid out. On the day of surgery we went through everything once again to ensure i was as relaxed as possible. The most important was how I felt after surgery! I have no idea how, but after 3 hours of surgery on my spine, i was able to walk within a couple of hours, with minimal pain and discomfort. 4 days after surgery i have no need for pain killers and am surprisingly mobile
