I was referred to Mr Hickey by Mr Quah for eye lid surgery. From the moment I met Mr Hickley I felt at ease and by the end of my initial consultation I totally understood what the surgery would involve. Mr Hickley explained in detail my options, showed me using a mirror so I could visualise each option and answered any questions I had - I left fully confident in Mr Hickley. When I got to hospital he came to see me, calmed my nerves and throughout the procedure was checking I was ok. It is now 7 weeks since I had the procedure and I am so very happy with the result. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Hickey.
