Ms Teresa Temme is a Clinical Psychologist, Psychotherapist and Psychodynamic Counsellor. She supports people to feel positive about themselves and use their new-found self-compassion to make positive changes in their lives. Ms Temme has a particular interest in people with chronic or recurring low mood and self-esteem issues.
Ms Temme has 10 years of experience in a variety of mental health services, and this allows her to adapt therapy to use techniques best suited to the individual.
Ms Temme is a Senior CBT Psychologist and supervisor in the NHS and also practices at iRise in Liverpool Street. She has spent 3 years teaching as an associated lecturer in CBT and evidence-based practice at the University of London.
Also, Ms Temme is trained in EMDR therapy for trauma work.
