She was incredible friendly and inciteful, and gave great advice based on my situation

Ruth is such a professional dietician and a thoroughly lovely person. I was very nervous and she fully took this on board to make my first consultation easier for me and i Couldn't have wished for better. She takes great care in explaining things fully which was so helpful during my time with her. Such a thoughtful kind lady and very down to earth. Nothing is too much trouble no matter how many questions you have she takes the time to answer every one of them.
