Doctor Lambert was very kind to me. First he asked me some questions and even looked at a video of my swimming race. He made sure I was comfortable and asked if I understood what he was explaining and later on he gave me some great recommendations and advice. His hands were very gentle when he examined my shoulders , I didn’t feel worried at all and he even made me laugh several times!
