Mr Lambert is personable, kind and instills total trust in his treatment. His explanations are clear and he makes you feel as if you are his only patient as he gives so much time to reassure and explain.

Mr Lambert was excellent throughout, both expertise and manner

This was my first operation. I was anxious, but mainly about the 'recovery' and length of time. Unfortunately for Mr Lambert, it took many months for me to actually be referred to him, by which time, according to the X-rays/MRI, my shoulder was in a pretty bad state! From that first appointment, he explained everything to me clearly, in language that I could relate to, responded to my questions frankly and reassuringly. The pre op/op/post op and all follow up appointments were handled with care, concern, support, encouragement and the best professional standard that I could have wished for. My shoulder has been pain free since the operation and the mobility has improved from good to very good to very very good. He's a star !!

Unfortunately the rating scale only goes up to 5 as I would give Mr Lambert a 10! Amazingly talented with patience and compassion. I feel I am in the best hands possible. Thank you!

Very caring and knowledgable

I saw Mr Lambert on the strong recommendation of a family member, who had also seen him in the past. I am exceptionally glad I did. He is a lovely gentleman, as well as being a top expert in his field, He quickly spotted that my issue was not focused in the shoulder, but was stemming from a cervical spine issue - which subsequent MRIs bore out. I am now being treated for the core issue, which would otherwise not have been addressed. I am really relieved that I saw Mr Lambert, and highly recommend him.
