Mr Attar has been my consultant for bladder cancer for over three years, it is the nature of my illness that I need frequent checks and treatment top-ups as required. I trust him, he has great communication and always makes time to make sure my questions are answered clearly. All my checks and treatment have been carried out with great care and his team supports him well. He is a gentleman and professional in every regard.

I am delighted to write this review. I have been one of Mr Attar’s patients for over two years. He treated me for bladder cancer in September 2017 at The Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. Since then I return for regular check-up cystoscopies. He is always so kind and friendly and he immediately puts me at ease. I feel totally confident under his care because I know I am being wonderfully looked after. In mid-October I noticed a warning sign and I telephoned Mr Attar’s very kind PA. Within an hour I was on my way to The Chelsea and Westminster Hospital for a test. A short while later Mr Attar arranged for me to have a CT scan. This showed two kidney stones - one of which was large and could have been very troublesome. Two weeks later I attended The Princess Grace Hospital for the first of two procedures - the second one following the week later. Mr Attar and all the staff were amazing. The kidney stones have gone and I am feeling fit and well. Fantastic result! It gives me great pleasure to recommend Mr Attar. He is a very special doctor.

I ended up in the care of Mr Attar after kidney stone attack and emergency nephrostomy procedure.I spent in the hospital two weeks with sepsis- during this time Mr Attar took the trouble to come and see me every day. He was kind, considerate and patient in explaining in detail the next step of my recovery - the operation to break the stones.He genuinely cares about his patients,is very professional and very approachable.He took the effort to contact my worried husband and assured him about the progress of my treatment.Apart from being an excellent doctor he is a wonderful,compassionate human being.I can not praise him highly enough and would recommend him to anybody in need of good urologist.

Dr. Attar and his team have made my journey very comfortable and got the best care possible. Dr. Attar really cared and understood my situation and problems and did everything possible to help getting it done in a timely matter with themost careful attention possible. Dr Attar is an amazing doctor. I was admitted for my first kidney stone at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and was so grateful that he was my doctor. He was very professional, he reassured me and explained to me the process to remove the stone. He did everything he could to proceed with a CT scan and a procedure to remove the stone and then the stent as quickly as possible so I could go on holiday with my family without worrying about anything. He was also very caring and attentive about how I was feeling before and after the procedure and was following up to find out how I was which made me feel very safe about being under his care. I have suffered from kidney stones for the first in my life and it was quite a big issue because the stone was big and stuck in the narrowest part of the ureter and this was making the kidney struggling in passing urine. Since the first contact with Mr Attar PA to arrange the necessary visits, throughout all the passages - in the surgery theater and at home between the two procedures I underwent - I have always felt in experienced and professional hands, aware of the various options in order to make the proper decisions and treated with great care. Mr Attar took on my case when I was rushed in with Sepsis. He was unhurried, calm and confident when listening to me, which I found very reassuring at a distressing time. He made the effort to see me every day whilst I was under his care in hospital. I was greatly encouraged by his team of trusted nurses - they embodied the same high standards, patient respect and care - which made what was a harrowing experience as comfortable as could be. He was always accessible by phone. And his contact list of medical experts was second to none, as I was thoroughly and rapidly checked by his colleagues - also leading professionals - to rule out other complications. I found Mr Attar to be genuine, caring and highly diligent.
