From the first moment I met David I felt at ease. I could ask anything, felt I was listened to, understood and I knew I was no longer on this journey alone. I had every confidence that the best course of action and care would be taken to ensure a better quality of life.

I met with Dr Griffiths when I was diagnosed with fibroids and heavy periods. I wanted to have an experienced surgeon remove them someone I could warm to and understood what I was going through - I read Dr Griffiths Bio and decided to book an appointment. I was nervous on my first appointment but as soon as I walked into the consultation room that was left behind me. Dr Griffiths listened to me, he was understanding and so knowledgeable of my problem and the symptoms that come with having fibroids and what could be causing my heavy periods. From my first appointment all the way through my operation I knew I was in good hands - I had my operation in Sept 2021 whilst I am still in recovery I couldn't be happier with my surgery and how my recovery is going.

I have seen Mr Griffiths several times since 2008 and had two operations, both performed by Mr Griffiths , I would not see anyone else as I have complete trust in him and his advice, he takes the time to listen and explain all options available. He puts you at ease and is very reassuring, I have recently also paid privately to see Mr. Griffiths at the Ridgeway hospital to discuss Menopause options, as I have tried to visit my GP practice but they offered no support or advice at all, Mr Griffiths was fantastic explaining all my options and information on menopause. I have also recently recommended several friends and family to Mr Griffiths as they have also been given poor service and long lead times with their Gp and NHS

Mr David Griffiths was outstanding, and really listened and cared for what I had to say. He was incredibly knowledgeable, and I didn’t doubt for one second that he would be able to help me due to his expertise and the fact he truly wanted to help. I was out at ease about every aspect of my surgery, and he was so helpful with his advice. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!

    Patient seen for:
I had been to visit the GP in a lot of pain for many months, and as usual it was put down to IBS. Eventually, I did get referred to Mr Griffiths and he suspected it was IC. After having a course of the bladder treatments, I feel so much better. My right sided pain has gone and my low grade fever too. Along with Anita the nurse who both treated me kindly and with respect, my quality of life has improved 100%. Cheers Rachel
