Very friendly, welcoming and made me feel very comfortable to discuss anything I needed to without feeling embarrassed. He was very polite and helpful with all information and explained everything very clearly. I instantly felt Mr El-Gizawy was more of a friend than talking to a doctor. He got me into the clinic quickly, my treatment done quickly and I came away feeling happy with all the service I had received by him.
