I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed ahead of and during Surgery. Everything was explained to me and the service was delivered in the most efficient and professional way by Mr Hussain and all the other members of staff. After care was excellent, and when I had a problem Mr Hussain straight away contacted me and arranged to see me again the very same day to re assure me that all was well. A massive benefit for me with cataract surgery was having my short sightedness corrected also. The overall result is glasses and contact lenses free , and only needing a pair of reading glasses for small writing. I am very grateful for this.

Throughout the procedure I felt very well cared for. I especially appreciated the explanations that Mr Hussain gave during the surgery. I was able to understand what was happening. This helped me to remain calm and relaxed.

The Newmedica Ipswich eye health clinic and surgical centre is easy to get to, very comfortable while waiting, the staff are very professional and most helpful and Mr Hussain was brilliant, he explained everything that I needed, told me what would happen clearly. The dates for surgery soon followed the initial consultation and the cataract surgeries went like clockwork. The results are better than I ever imagined possible. Fantastic place and very glad we found them.

Mr Hussain was polite, patient and reassuring. He explained which procedures would benefit me with no rushing to make a decision. During the operations, he explained what he was doing and how the operations were proceeding. After the operations, he ensured that I was OK and led me to the post operative room leaving me in that team's care. He followed up be phoning me a week after each operation to check all was well and offered advice and help should I need it. I would have no hesitation having Mr Hussain operate on me in future if that was ever required. I would highly recommend Mr Hussain as an excellent surgeon. Thank you.
