Initial consultation very good with discussions regarding possible outcomes along with other options. All explained in a way I could understand. Both eyes done as discussed and outcomes better than I anticipated. Mr Hussains maner throughout was excellent at all stages including follow-up phone calls. Mr Hussain was very thorough in his explanations and examination. He took the time to gauge what was important to me following surgery and detailed the various options clearly including any potential downsides. Mr Hussain put me at ease from the first appointment, and I immediately felt he had my best interests at the forefront of planning my care. He clearly explained options, and the procedures and listened to my concerns and outcome views. During the first operation he explained what he was doing which was very reassuring., making the experience easier to manage, and the second operation a much less daunting experience.

My initial cataract review with Mr Hussain was comprehensive, easy to understand and he was sensitive to a prevailing arthritis condition that I have, which makes it difficult to remain still for any length of time. We discussed options around anaesthetic and he provided assurance that he could deliver the surgery I needed regardless of whichever option I chose.

From the initial consultation and throughout the procedures themselves I found Mr. Hussain to be very reassuring and calming which was much needed. He offered clear explanations to my various, often minor issues, which assisted in alleviating my concerns about the surgery.

I found that Mr. Hussain explained the procedure fully but in understandable terms. I was particularly nervous but his care and professional manner put me at my ease.

Mr Hussain and his team were professional, kind and reassuring before, during and after the cataract op. I am so glad I have had the procedure, it's life changing, I would highly recommend Mr Hussain.

Mr Hussain explained my contract operation very clearly so nothing was a surprise. All my appointments have been very professional handled but also Mr Hussian speaks with a lightness to ease any concerns. On the day of my first operation I very pleased that I saw him very quickly after arrived in the hospital. He checked all the measurements to reassure me as I wear contact lenses I was concerned that they may have effected the measurements. The two operations itself were very efficient. Mr Hussain explained each stage very well both before hand and during the operation. He also gave timings for how much longer the operation would take. Mr Hussain had a very good team around him who obliviously all knew the procedure and were very quick and efficient.
