I saw Mr Kersey for cataract surgery as I have high myopia. I was very apprehensive and Mr Kersey along with his whole team put me at ease. I had bilateral cataract surgery and was amazed how well I could see coming out of my surgery. I can not recommend Mr Kersey and his team high enough

I cannot recommend Mr Kersey highly enough. My complicated medical history has brought to light some issues which Mr Kersey is to pursue in a manner that is both reassuring and committed. In my experience some Consultants can seem aloof and detached but this has never been the case with Mr Kersey. He is a credit to Frimley Park Hospital/Parkside and his profession. In my experience he treats all of his Patients with kindness and respect and this also extends to his staff and co-workers. He is without doubt a real gentleman and I have no hesitation in recommending him to other Patients.

Mr. Kersey gave plenty of time to explain clearly the options and risks, and give advice on them when asked. He willingly answered questions at the consultations, and before and after the procedures. He is very friendly, and put me at ease so that I was not nervous about the procedures. In summary, he was excellent in every way.

What a fantastic man with a fantastic secetary. Put me at ease from the 1st. Explained everything in a way I could understand. I, therefore, had no anxiety prior to the surgery and during the surgery Mr Kersey kept me informed. There was no pain and no discomfort. I had both my eyes done at the same time so after the first eye I was not concerned about the second. After the surgery which in total took about 30 mins I had slightly hazy vision. I expected some pain or discomfort to creep up on me but it didn't. After the second day I was driving and apart from the drops everything was perfect. I had cataracts and lense correction one eye distance and one eye reading so now I don't need glasses and the colours are so vivid. As a 66 year old I feel like I have a new lease of life. Have it done and this the right man to do it. 10 out of 10.

The thought of an operation on your eyes is unnerving but from the start. Mr. Kersey put me at my ease, he explained what would happen, discussed the several alternatives for the replacement lenses and had the time to discuss the situation both pre operation and afterwards. He has a quiet and gentle approach which gives you confidence. He has a very supportive team both medically and administratively who are willing and able to support the patient.

Mr Kersey is very professional and thorough. He always explains everything in a clear and detailed way. My appointments are never rushed. I feel reassured that I am under his care and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Mr Kersey has looked after me for several year now I would regard him as utterly professional all of the time, He always explains things in a clear manner simple to understand. I'm very grateful for his services I see my self as lucky to receive such treatment.

Have seen Mr Kersey on 3 occasions now. He always gives a very clear explanation of his findings and is very reassuring regarding any treatment required. He is sympathetic and helpful and I would recommend him to anyone wanting an expert opinion on any eye problems.

He was very reassuring both at the preliminary consultation and during the operation itself and the whole experience was less traumatic than I feared. Replacement lenses a great success.
