We went for the personalised care option with Dr El-Toukhy. Our experience was very positive throughout the treatment, despite the challenging context (Covid-19). Dr El-Toukhy is a very experienced, really hard-working and friendly doctor. Having helped us with the diagnosis, he then advised us about treatment options, and all our questions were answered clearly and pragmatically. Any bad news were delivered humanely, and any good news were delivered in an encouraging manner but always managing our expectations. His approach was very much a step-by-step one, which in my experience is the best way to handle IVF given nothing is guaranteed. IVF and infertility can take a very deep emotional toll, but our experience was made a lot easier by having access to a dedicated consultant with so much experience and humanity
