Mr El-Toukhy was amazing. He has a caring a professional manner.

We have recently had a positive outcome from a frozen embryo transfer treatment under the care of Dr Tarek El-Touky and cannot speak highly enough of his level of care as well as that of the other members of staff we met particularly the amazing nurse on transfer day. It’s important that people are aware of the “consultant led” option for private patients as for a very small price difference, the level of additional care is huge. Dr El-Touky is very responsive, caring and understanding and I highly recommend him and the team and Guys ACU.

I had an excellent experience with Tarek as my consultant. He is a kind thoughtful person with a humble nature and evident experience and expertise in his field. He was always responsive, available to discuss my questions, sensitive to my personal circumstances, and happy to advise on and adapt my treatment to take into account my preferences. Appointment times were also easy to arrange at my convenience. The treatment itself is not easy, so it was very nice to have Tarek's support during the process.

The care I received from Mr Tarek El-Toukhy was consistently high, far better than I had received at other private clinics. I was always seen on time despite the clinic often being extremely busy and felt supported throughout my treatment. Having a direct line into my doctor via email made a huge difference to me and was not something I had experienced before. Ivf is an emotional experience but I feel I was treated with compassion at all times and had everything explained to me very clearly, so we always understood why we were doing something. I will be forever grateful for his care and support over the last 4 years.

Dr El Toukhy provided an outstanding level of care. His response level far exceeded our expectations and he reassured us throughout the cycle. We felt he was thorough in investigations, he took time to listen to us and ultimately gave us the best chance of success, to which we are grateful.
