My condition was clearly explained, and MRI's and Xrays taken. The potential remedies were also made clear, and i was made aware of any potential downsides. We agreed on a course of action, implemented it, and the condition has improved. All very satisfactory, and i would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Sturdee.
