I have always found Mr. Bott to be refreshingly open and pragmatic in his explanations of the various aspects of my condition. He also has a friendly and engaging manner which adds to my confidence in him as a specialist and provides both myself and my wife with much needed support at what can be a distressing time. I have been very pleased with the service that he has provided and remain indebted to him for his help throughout my diagnosis.

Mr Bott and his secretaries, Elaine and Jo, were indescribably superb throughout my time at Clare Park. I dont have the words to describe how great they all were and I simply can't thank them all enough. Mr Bott especially!, what a wonderful man he is from the very first time we met all the way through to my post op 6 wk check up. Thoroughly professional but also, when it was needed, human, humorous and understanding which made me feel at ease when dealing with a very personal and private issue I was struggling with. Simply brilliant and again can't thank him enough.
