Mr Madhav was very professional and diligent - on time for all my appointments and very thorough. Followed up appointments (typically within a day) with a summary letter for clarity. Very approachable during appointment with a calm and friendly manner. No negative feedback at all. Would highly recommend.

I feel very fortunate to have met Mr. Madhav and to have had him carry out my hallux valgus corrections. From the first consultation, Mr. Madhav took the time to understand my concerns (carry out surgery on one foot or both at the same time? scars, mobility post surgery, recovery time etc,), and to address them in a clear and reassuring way. Mr. Madhav managed expectations very well. The surgery was a success and the aftercare was excellent. This is not the easiest of procedures but Mr. Madhav made what is arguably a relatively challenging experience, a positive one. If you are considering having this surgery done, I cannot recommend Mr. Madhav highly enough, I would like to add that Mr. Madhav’s secretary Debbie is excellent too. Super efficient - detailed information shared in every email exchange. You will never need to follow up - Debbie is always on top of it!

Mr Madhav performed a surgery on my foot 10ys ago and I went to see him again because I was worried I might need another surgery. Mr Madhav was very honest and straightforward in giving me his opinion, after examining the foot and taking new x-rays. He comes across very professional and down to earth.

I have unfortunately had to deal with two consecutive ankle injuries over the last 2 years - and i would not hesitate a second to go back to Dr Madhav for the 3rd one (the two injuries are obviously totally unrelated). He is a strong and very experienced professional, highly committed and available. He provides with valuable information even for me who do not know anything about ankle physiology and is pragmatic in his treatment strategy.

I was referred to Mr Madhav for a problem on my toe. The overall experience was excellent. The diagnosis was fast and he explained very clear the problem, pros and cons of both the surgery and non-surgery option. I was a bit concerned about the surgery due to the covid pandemic, but Mr Madhav answered all my questions patiently which put my mind to ease. The surgery went smoothly, the hospital staff were all very caring and professional. I didn't experience much pain or discomfort after the surgery (I was even joking to my friends that if not for the heavy dressing on my foot I would have doubted whether the surgery actually happened). Less than three weeks after I was able to go back to my daily jogging routine! Mr Madhav's prediction about the speed of my recovary before the surgery was incredibly accruate. Great doctor. His PA Debbie is very kind too!
