I saw Mr Thomas when I needed surgery to remove my gall bladder. Mr Thomas was kind, compassionate, thorough and professional at all times. Every step was explained in detail, any questions answered in full and my procedure carried out at Shirley Oaks Hospital, without a long wait. Surgery was successful, I am now fully recovered and living without the acute pain of gall stones. I was last seen by Mr Thomas for a follow-up consultation three weeks after my surgery and discharged. I am so grateful and can’t thank Mr Thomas enough for his guidance and excellent care.
