Three weeks ago Mr Deshmukh performed a cataract surgery on my right eye. At the consultation he explained the different lens that were available and the benefits and possible problems associated with each, this was slightly complicated by the fact that I had LASIK surgery 22 years ago, Mr Deshmukh took the time to answer all my questions and I found him to be very reassuring, I opted for an Edof lens. The surgery was straightforward and the aftercare has been excellent. The lens I chose has given me good distance and intermediate vision and I wear low strength reading glasses for close work. I am very pleased with the results and when I need the other eye treated I will happily have it done with Mr Deshmukh. All in all A*****

I was anxious about my eyesight and having both eyes treated at the same time.. Mr Deshmukh explained the procedure and put my my mind at ease. The the procedure was dealt with quickly without any pain or anxiety. I was able to leave within two hours of having the operation. I now have the ability to see really well without glasses. It is amazing!

I am extremely happy with the outcome of Mr Deshmukh’s cataract surgery on both my eyes. I can now see better than I have for years and can give up varifocal glasses (that were beginning to not be good enough) and only have glasses for reading small print. A huge improvement. Mr Deshmukh is very professional and takes time to answer any queries and to make you feel comfortable and confident with the procedures.

Having only one working eye, which had a cataract formed impacting on my ability to work as a designer. I was nervous regarding the operation. My consultation was to enquire about treatment on lens opacity in right eye. Mr Deshmukh inspected the eye, he explained the diagnosis and indicated that laser work would deal with the problem. He agreed to do the procedure immediately as my eye pupil been dilated already. The laser work was totally painless and lasted only a few minutes. The outcome was a miracle as normal vision was restored. He is a very skilful & friendly person who put me entirely at ease for the procedure. Not having to make a second appointment for the laser work was of enormous benefit to me. I appreciate his sense of urgency in providing successful treatment on the day of my first appointment.

Dr Deshmukh performed cataract operations on both my eyes (two separate operations- one eye on the NHS and the other privately). I chose him to do the surgery as I had read great reviews of him. I wasn't disappointed. He was extremely reassuring, explaining everything both before and during the operations. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a eye surgeon.

Cataract. All good. Only draw back was I got to see Arsenal score an injury time winner against my beloved Wolves. The NHS and all of its workers are incredible and we must never take it for granted.
