I have had the pleasure of seeing Professor Chatrath on 2 occasions and both times I have found him to be knowledgeable and reassuring. The first time I saw him was because of a diagnosis by a different nhs professional which worried me greatly. I was given an emergency appointment by his office and after my visit I was much calmer. Professional Chatrath picked up on another issue which I then endeavoured to get resolved. When I had a throat issue a couple of years later I went to him and after 1 meeting my mind was put at rest. He is my only choice for ENT related issues.

Professor Chatrath was extremely helpful and understanding from the first appointment. He performed a surgery to my daughter and on the day of the surgery he was extremely professional in coming to see me after the operation to explain how everything went. I would definitely recommend him to everyone.

Professor Chatrath was very good at explaining everything that would happen before, during and after the operation and also explained post operative care with me. His bedside manner was extremely good, i wouldn't fault anything. He answered any questions and concerns I had to reassured me as I was quite nervous. He also checked up on my in recovery and after I went back into my room and asked again if I had any queries.

I was very fortunate to get a cancellation for the following day for my numerous nosebleeds and was so relieved that Professor Chatrath offered to courterise my nose straight away which has made me feel so much more comfortable. Many thanks.

While I was aware of the procedure, it was much more uncomfortable and painful than I had anticipated. My symptoms are no better after the treatment. I would therefore appreciate some advice on how we can move forward with a view to controlling/alleviating the symptoms.
