Fantastic service and medical advice. I have managed to find out more about my medical complaint with Dr. Chatrath in a couple of appointments than I have in 10 years on the NHS. He has a very calm demeanour, is polite and explains things clearly. I could not be happier with the service I have received.

My son has his adenoids and tonsils removed by Mr Chatrath. We were offered a new technique called coblation which seems to be less painful and has a shorter recovery time than the traditional method. My son did recover extremely well. He was playing a couple of hours after the operation and woke up happy the following morning. Although it isn’t nice to have an operation the whole process went far better than I hadn’t hoped.

Mr Chatrath has been outstanding, I can not recommend him more highly. We were looking to have my 7 year old sons ears pinned back, after carrying out research online I found Mr Chatrath, and new technology Earfold. We had our initial consultation where our son, was very nervous and scared, as soon as we saw Mr Chatrath he spoke to our son and within minutes they were talking like old friends, this was a big relief to us as we did not want this to be a frightening experience for him at such a young age. We spoke in detail about the benefits of Earfold over the traditional surgery, which I have also undergone as an adult. The Earfold clips were put on our sons ears and straight away the difference was remarkable. With all the facts and figures we went away and made our decision. Due to the age of our son, the procedure could only be carried out at the Harley Street clinic. On the day of the procedure we attended Harley street clinic, this did not have the feel of a hospital environment which I really liked for our son, again he was nervous but started chatting away again to Mr Chatrath. The procedure was carried out on both ears and he was in and out within 30 mins and we were on our way home! It was amazing the change could be seen instantly, apart from a little bit of bleeding and some bruising, that was it, amazing. Our son was not bothered by the procedure, he experienced no side effects, he did not feel unwell or need any pain relief. We have been amazed by the difference Earfold has made not just physically but also emotionally for our son, according to him, he can now run faster as he is more aerodynamic! Our experience with Mr Chatrath has been first class, from our initial consultation, procedure and final consultation. The way he was with our son was fantastic, he is such a lovely, kind, caring man, who certainly looks after your best interests. The Earfold procedure is life changing and so quick and easy it is truly amazing, having gone through the full on operation myself at a younger age, the benefits of this new technology speak for its self. I suffered weeks of recovery, where as with Earfold with days he was back to school, apart from not being able to do any contact sports for 6 weeks, nothing in his day to day life changed. With the operation you had no idea how your ears would look and did not get to see them for weeks until the bandages were off, with Earfold you can see before the procedure the position of the ears and alter them to exactly how you would like your ears, and again after the procedure you can see results immediately. I wish this procedure was around when I had my ears done, as I would have jumped at using Earfold and Mr Chatrath. I can not thank Mr Chatrath enough, and highly recommend him and the Earfold procedure.
