Mr Patel was warm, approachable and easy to talk to. He took time to listen to my concerns and communicated clearly, respectfully addressing any issues I had. His examination was very thorough and I felt that he had an excellent grasp of his area of expertise; he did not make me feel as though he were in a rush. He gave a clear analysis of my symptoms and referred me on for further tests; his referral arrived by the end of the day. He was about to go on holiday, but said that he would phone to discuss the test results, should the need arise.I would thoroughly recommend Mr Patel. The consultation was a very positive experience.
