Clear concise and reassuring

Mr Patel was fantastic along with the full team supporting from reception and audiologist. They were all welcoming, kind and engaging. Mr Patel took time to listen to the background, complete all necessary examinations, give clear diagnosis and explanations as well as advice practical additional support and management which he personally and proactively reached out to colleagues regarding. The whole experience was excellent and my daughter was looked after beautifully and I left feeling confident and reassured. Would highly recommend.

I found Mr Patel to be very thorough, listened well and took time to explain everything. He was also very patient with my son (who was the one being treated) and had an excellent bedside manner. All in all a good experience.

Mr Patel put me at my ease so I was able to benefit from my consultation with him to the fullest. I felt he really listened to me and understood my concerns. He was very thorough and covered all bases so I felt I got really good value from the session. I appreciated how gently he removed the wax from my ears - a procedure I usually find traumatic. I left feeling much reassured and with practical advice on how to look after my ears going forward. I would recommend Mr Patel to anyone. In fact several of my friends have told me they would choose Mr Patel if/when they need an ENT consultation.

Mr Patel has a very professional, warm manner and was engaging and kind towards my 3yr old. I feel reassured and confident under his care for my son and would not hesitate to recommend him.
