It was reasssuring to speak to Mr Patel as he has experience of this problem himself. His empathy and bedside were exceptional. I am still feeling incredibly anxious but I am hoping this will pass.

My son doesn’t let anyone go near his ears but Mr Patel was calm and reassuring and completed a full assessment.

Mr Patel listened very carefully when I described my dizziness and I was soon reassured that it is nowhere near as my previous BPPV. He suggested vestibular physiotherapy and I look forward to this. I was also so relieved and pleased when Mr Patel agreed to make suggestions regarding my moderate hearing loss. I felt much happier at the end of the session.
