All the staff were very professional, attentive and showed a great deal of care and support. From the health care assistants to the anaesthetist, to the surgeon. Everyone explained their role clearly.

Dr. Marshall provided good explanation about the procedure on the initial consultation, on the day of the surgery, and after the surgery when I was back in the room, he came to provide an update on how it went!

Not only did Doctor Marshal's expertise and precision during the surgery give me immense confidence in his abilities, but his calm and reassuring demeanour also helped alleviate any anxiety I had. His genuine concern for my well-being extended beyond the operating room, as he consistently followed up with me to ensure my recovery was progressing smoothly. I am forever grateful for his unwavering support and commitment to my healing journey, as it has made all the difference in my overall experience.

I consider myself extremely fortunate to have been under the care of Mr Nicolas Marshall. Over a two year period I developed inguinal hernias left and right. Mr Marshall has now repaired both of these right side (2022) with no side effects whatsoever, and it's looking good for the left side (2024) as well. I've not needed any pain killers. During my consultations with him, he was at all times friendly and engaging, helpful and informative, and extremely professional. He passionate and enthusiastic about his work allaying any fears or concerns I had with detailed knowledge, good humour and reassurance.. I have been waiting for an appointment to see a specialist for more than 8 months. After seeing Mr Nicholas Marshall today, I finally can say that I am starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel and I might be getting closer to get a diagnosis, which is something that I have not been able to do so through my normal GP. Another important thing was that Nicholas was very attentive and helpful. He gave me enough time to tell him everything and validated both my feelings and symptoms. He took me seriously and read my records before our appointment!!! That is something that I have not achieved with any other doctors, which is amazing. I am very grateful for his help.
