It was a pleasure to meet Mr Marshall. Mr Marshall was very friendly, welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. Mr Marshall spoke with great clarity and empathy, and did everything possible to reassure me that my wellbeing and good health were his priority. I found the experience of my meeting and talking with Mr Marshall a very enjoyable and reassuring one and I was thoroughly impressed by his manner and kind nature.
