Mr Yardley was very attentive in assessing and understanding my condition and gave immediate treatment to alleviate the symptoms. He then gave a clear explanation of the cause, effect and prognosis and gave advice on how to care for my ears to reduce the problem and symptoms going forward. He was reassuring and it was a very satisfying experience.

Mr Yardley was a very professional and lovely man. He gave me lots of information and was happy to help. I will be coming back to the hospital in future to see him about my ears being blocked.
