Great doctor however appointment felt rushed , I had to be a little forceful in making sure my questions were answered otherwise I would have been ushered out without having the re-assurance I needed.

This was my first ill health experience. Mr Chong explained in plain English all about my situation, the choices, his recommendation and the reasons for it and so he really helped my ability to make a decision. He was terrific just before and after the operation and judging by what I look like now, he did a great job in the operating theatre! I had no need to return for other work, no complications and he monitored me regularly afterwards. His style is very personable and he made me feel at ease, that I could ask all the stupid questions I had but also that he really cared. I could not have wanted more from a consultant and I am very grateful to him and the team for all that they have done for me.
