I know my appointment was an NHS appointment however, I found it extremely rude that the consultant answered a personal call whilst I was behind the curtain, topless. It was an uncomfortable experience already. Even more so that I had to wait without clothes on my top half for him to finish his phone call. Extremely unprofessional.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional at all times.

Kelvin was warm, friendly, professional and understanding. He has the most wonderful bedside manner. He talked me through the entire consultation and about what the potential issue could be with empathy. It was refreshing to be treated so well by a clinician.
