Mr Chong (and Sian) was/were so extremely kind, sensitive and considerate. His explanations, and those given by all members of staff, were detailed and clear. I found that he was very supportive and understood that it is far from easy to deal with painful news. I feel now less frightened, knowing as I do, that I am in firm and capable hands. The support team have been wonderful.
