I had problem with my hearing for years and all the Drs told me that I need to have an operation but I was scared. When I saw Dr Manjaly his confidence and the why he explaned the whole procedure for me it seem very easy and safe. He is a very good DR, very honest man and cares for his patients.

What a superb doctor !!! So patient , so optimistic without judgement and helped alleviate my fears instantly and resolved my hearing issues immediately. Also had excellent follow up and suggestions . I have also recommended to my friends .

I was referred to Dr Manjaly after the retirement of my previous consultant. My ear had ongoing discharge and been accumulating keratin and the problem was getting rapidly worse, causing me lots of distress. Dr Manjaly has a friendly manner and was very thorough when using frequent microsuction to clean my ear. He reassured me and explained everything carefully when it turned out that I had to have mastoid surgery. I cannot stress enough how grateful I am for Joe’s care, especially given all the disruption caused by covid, and the surgery has made a huge difference!

Mr Manjaly could not have been more helpful and arranged for the results of my MRI scan to be available by the time of my appointment with him later the same day. An all round excellent service.

I came to see Mr Manjaly with a permanent perforation in my eardrum that was causing recurrent ear infections and hearing loss such that I thought the next stop would be getting a hearing aid. Mr Manjaly explained the surgery to close the hole clearly and organised for me to have sedation administered by an anaesthetist whilst he operated to keep me calm and still. Two months on, the hole has closed perfectly and my hearing is almost perfect. I am absolutely delighted and very relieved.

Couldn’t have had a better experience! I went to Joe to understand options for a preauricular sinus that had been causing me trouble. Joe was incredibly reassuring and recommended that it be removed and explained the risks associated. He performed the procedure at the excellent One Welbeck where I felt comfortable and safe. My ear has now completely healed, I just wish I had seen him sooner! Thank you!
