On our first meeting with Mr Hughes he listened to my concerns for my sons overall health and well being. He examined my son and explained his finding and what the options were, he was impartial and allowed me to make my own decision. Once I had made the decision to go ahead with surgery he explained very well what to expect on the day of surgery.

I always felt at ease in the care of Mr Hughes, he explained things very well and in layman's terms. He was very gentle using the camera in my nose which is quite daunting and not a pleasant experience but he made it bearable. I now have a sense of smell which I haven't had for years and it is the most wonderful thing, I can't thank Mr Hughes enough. I always felt that he remembered me which was nice too. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Mr Hughes to others.
