My experience with Jonathan Britto has been nothing short of excellent. From my first consultation to after the operations (neck and face lifts) I have been tremendously impressed by Mr Britto’s care and the time he took to explain the procedures and to address my concerns. His knowledge and his gentle and caring demeanor put me at ease throughout and I felt reassured at every stage.

DR Britto, is a very attentive Dr, he really listened to what look I was trying to achieve. He was very open to questions and feedback of the type of facial procedures he performs. He was very helpful in any discussion around fears and expectations of post surgical procedures. He has a natural aesthetic eye and puts his patients at their ease.

From my first meeting with Mr Britto, I felt totally at ease in his presence. He was friendly and knowledgeable, explained the procedure I was enquiring about at length, showing me pictures of other patients he had attended to, and answering all questions put to him without making me feel that they were silly things to ask . In short, he put my mind totally at ease. I had two consultations with Mr Britto before I made the decision to go ahead with my procedure - I never felt under pressure to have anything done and made up my own mind to go ahead in my own time. Once the decision was made though, I was able to get booked in quickly with no issues. The procedure itself was painless. Mr Britto and his team looked after me well with communication being of utmost importance. I was looked after well post procedure, with nothing being too much trouble. I left the same day. I took it easy for 2 weeks after my procedure. Mr Britto checked on me via face time the next day, and during intermittent appointments to check on my progress. I had an emergency number to call if I was at all worried, but I did not need to use it. I am extremely happy with my procedure outcome. I have more confidence and those around me keep saying how good I look (without being able to put their finger on why!!!) My overall experience of Mr Britto and the team at Cadogan has been excellent and I would not hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend Mr Britto.

I had a Basal Cell Carcinoma on the side of my nose close to my eye. I am a dental surgeon in the Harley street area. Jonathan Britto has an excellent reputation, so I sought his advice. He and his team are simultaneously friendly and very professional. The approach and procedure were fully explained. The procedure itself which involved removal of the tumour and repair with a skin graft was carried out under local anaesthetic. The whole process was painless and carried out with great care in a relaxed atmosphere at the Cadogan Clinic. Follow up care was exemplary by all members of his team. Three months on and you wouldn't even know that I had anything done. I cannot recommend Mr Britto and his team highly enoug.

Jonathan is simply the best. He is a genuine artist who talks about light bouncing off cheekbones and other such things! But what's incredible is, when the work is done, you can honestly see exactly what he means. My face is perfection. He carried out work on my lower lids which has resulted in the most natural, youthful result. My whole face looks fresher without a hint of 'pillow face'. More than this, I think he is probably unique in his field in terms of his humility, humour and genuine concern for his patients. I felt totally supported throughout this whole journey. I can never thank Jonathan enough so all I can do is recommend him to everyone I know.
