Having had amazing references about Mr Britto, I decide to meet with him. He went through every little detail and answered all questions I had. He made me feel at ease and very comfortable about my incoming operation. On the day I was made to feel very welcome and everything went as planned. Aftercare was equally as good. Every effort was made and is still being made to assure I’m happy with everything. I would defiantly recommend Jonathan and would not hesitate to go back!

I came across Mr Britto in an on-line search for facial surgeons in the Colchester area and was pleased to find someone of his caliber and experience available there. I needed delicate and difficult corrective surgery around my eyes, which he carried out with excellent results. After I had been administered a local anesthetic, he talked me through all stages with his staff offering support, to a successful conclusion. I am delighted with the results on improved eyelid function and aesthetics; I would not hesitate recommend him to others.

I had upper and lower blepharoplasty under general anaesthetic by Mr Britto. I am now 3 months post surgery, and am over the moon with the results. I am only 40, but looked permanently tired, and older due to excess skin and fat around my eyes. I look years younger, and refreshed. People are commenting how good I look. Most importantly- I look like me but better. You can't tell I've had something done. Another great thing is that my eye makeup doesn't smudge and crease in my upper lid anymore. Mr Britto listened carefully about what I wanted from my surgery and explained in plain English exactly what kind of results were achievable and to be expected. He talked me through the process without getting too technical so I was clear in my mind what to expect from the surgery and the results afterwards. I first met Mr Jonathan Britto in April 2016. I had been considering facial surgery for some time and decided to book a consultation not really knowing what to expect, he explained the various procedures that would be suitable for me and also sent by email a detailed report which I found very informative so that on my next visit I had a great many questions. He took his time and answered them all fully, I was never rushed or pressurised into making a decision and his manner was always professional yet friendly and approachable. Having decided to go ahead I was booked in to hospital for a date that suited me and had surgery in Oct 2016, the excellent care continued after I left hospital with regular check ups and the reassuring knowledge that help and advise were only a phone call or email away. I am now nine months post surgery and I still have easy access to see Mr Britto in the clinic if I wish to. Waiting times have always been well within acceptable levels and if there is a slight delay it is in a comfortable waiting room. I am delighted with my choice of surgeon and with the results achieve and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
