My James Young has guided me through 3 knee operations and built it back from what was quite a horrific Rugby Injury. He has been nothing but patient, courteous and honest with how my recovery would go. It has been a very long journey but one that was made significantly easier knowing I would get straight and honest answers that benefitted my recovery in the long run.

Overall very pleased with explanation and friendly helpful manner. Despite my comments I am a little disappointed in the long term outcome of my patella operation. I remain a bit restricted in movement although I take regular exercise.
