Emyr has provided first-class treatment to help my issues with neck, shoulders and tennis elbow/golfers elbow problems. He has greatly lessened the pain and discomfort in these areas enabling me to continue with weight training through an ongoing course of massage, acupuncture and manipulation. Just as important is the advice and hints and tips that he can provide, he really is a goldmine of information on all aspects of exercise and weight training, helping me with advice and suggestions to train more effectively and suggest new techniques and methods of training with a minimal detrimental impact on tendons and soft tissues.

I was recommended to see Emyr following a scary episode of severe muscle spasm a couple of years ago. He helped me tremendously with my recovery and he is very knowledgeable about the mechanics of the human body.
