My 96 year old father-in-law had a consultation with Mr Pringle. I accompanied him as my father-in-law is profoundly deaf. Mr Pringle immediately put my father-in-law at ease, was kind and patient with him and explained the tests he was going to carry out in simple terms which I could easily relay to my father-in-law. After the tests, Mr Pringle clearly and in layman's terms explained the course of treatment he recommended, and I think quite importantly gave a fair indication of the cost. I can honestly say that I was delighted with this consultation and heartily recommend him to anyone who needs ophthalmology. He is just fantastic!

I cannot recommend Ed Pringle highly enough. I went to him to have cataract surgery in both eyes. He could not have been more thorough and he explained everything in fine detail so I was completely at ease with what to expect and how things were going to proceed. I was incredibly nervous about everything but felt so comfortable after my first appointment and like I was in safe hands - I was!

Mr.Pringle reacted in a highly professional manner in response to a recent detached retina which I suffered. His response to my phone call to him on a weekend culminated in my seeing him early on the Monday morning and having confirmed the detachment he operated that same evening. I could not have wished for a speedier response. Mr.Pringle, supported very efficiently by his Practice Manager Charlotte, is highly professional and his calm, reassuring manner is much appreciated in what can be anxious times. I have no hesitation in recommending him to other patients who find themselves with eye problems.
